People & things

Your household, drawn from its documents.

The home screen is the people, pets, vehicles, properties, accounts and businesses in your life, each with what is current, what is next, and what is missing.

People & things

A vet record is Health, about Pepper. A registration is Vehicles, about the Pilot. Documents are linked to who and what they concern, so you look at the Pilot instead of remembering a search.

Current facts in one place

The current policy number, the current registration expiry, the current lease term: the newest document that states each fact wins, and it is one click from its source.

Superseded and kept

A new policy term supersedes the old one. The library stays a library after ten years because current documents are the default view and old ones sit one click behind.

Details

  • Names are matched carefully: "Dana J." on a prescription and "Dana Johnson" on a lease are the same person; a VIN or a plate settles a vehicle.
  • Merge two entries or rename one at any time; every document follows.
  • Mark a car sold or a house moved out of, and every expectation about it closes.

Questions

What if it links a document to the wrong person?

Unlink it on the document page and pick the right one. Thaw remembers who is who in your household, so corrections stick.
