Type a policy number or an account number and the document comes up, without that number ever being kept in plain text.

Every word on every page, filters by category, type and person, and older versions when you want them.

Your own assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another app you already use, in two clicks from Settings. It can ask your documents, see what is due and tidy the Checkup: mark a bill handled, set a reminder, save a note, make a link for your CPA. It asks you before changing anything.

  • Answers stream in as they are written, and a follow-up question knows what was just asked.
  • An assistant you connect works as you: every change it makes is in the audit log, identifying numbers stay out unless you allowed changes, and you can disconnect it any time.
  • Ask for a change (mark something handled, put it off, refile a document, link it to someone, fix a value) and it comes back as a proposal that waits for your yes.
  • A question like "Comcast bills 2025" turns into filters you can see and remove. Share a bundle with your CPA for 30 days from the same box.

Does the AI see everything?

Thaw sees the document once, when it files it. Ask sends only the excerpts that match the question, with identifying numbers already blanked.

What does my own assistant see?

What it asks Thaw for and nothing else: no files, nothing about your account or plan. Identifying numbers are included only when you connected it with permission to make changes.
